Indigenous RedTM

This is all natural when it comes to wines that are indigenous to our growing region.  Concord, Niagara, Catawba are grape varitals that are hearty enough to withstand our winters.  We do not add any engineered yeasts the way 100% of the commercial wines are made.  Our Indigenous Red/White/Blush use the yeast that mother nature gave them.  That white powdery substance that covers the outer skin of the grape is comprised of yeast sells.  All we do is break the skins and let it ferment the old- fashioned way.
